Ollie Dabbous is set to return with ‘Hideaway at Chelsea Barracks’ in Garrison Square; a pop-up deli serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, and drinks from the heart of Chelsea Barracks. Open seven days a week, Hideaway offers a seasonal menu of deli classics.
Following the success of The Chelsea Barracks Kitchen in the spring, Ollie Dabbous and his team are to return to Chelsea Barracks to run hideaway, from 11th September.
Ollie Dabbous opened his first restaurant ‘Dabbous’ in 2012 to unprecedented critical acclaim. Since then Ollie has earned two Michelin stars, most recently for ‘Hide’ which he opened in 2018. Ollie is passionate about seasonality and will endeavour to, where possible, grow the produce served in the Deli in the gardens of Chelsea Barracks, namely Mulberry Square, the ‘kitchen’ garden.
Hideaway at Chelsea Barracks will sit on Garrison Square, opposite Garrison Chapel, and will offer a quiet and peaceful spot to enjoy delicious food, surrounded by gardens, in the heart of central London.
